By accessing or using PoolStat Scoreboard Control ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
PoolStat Scoreboard Control is a web-based operator control panel for managing live pool match streaming via OBS Studio. It integrates with the YouTube Data API v3 to create and manage YouTube Live broadcasts on behalf of authorised operators.
The Application is intended solely for use by licensed operators of PoolStat streaming rigs. You agree to:
This Application uses the YouTube Data API v3 provided by Google LLC. By using the Application's YouTube integration features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube API access is obtained via Google OAuth 2.0. You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account Permissions.
The Application's use of YouTube API Services is limited to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any credentials used to access the Application. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify your deployment administrator immediately of any unauthorised access.
All content broadcast via the Application must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You must not use the Application to stream content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or otherwise in violation of YouTube's policies.
The Application and its original content remain the property of the PoolStat Scoreboard project. You retain ownership of any content you broadcast. By using the Application, you grant no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of this Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of broadcasts, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
Access to the Application may be revoked at any time by the deployment administrator. You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke YouTube access via Google Account Permissions.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
